That same looks discrimination attitude I see no matter where I go.....................what does it matter what I look like if I can do the job? If I am old enough to go to Toastmasters............what does it matter..............................????? It shouldn't...........but in the USA............this "great country".........it matters...............as long as women are involved............esp. White women......
