Per Wiki.................there are 1229 primes under 10 to the fourth..............10,000........................using 3.1..............as my base...............as in pi as a base.............misses it by one..............1228.............it almost gets it exactly...........1228.4................but strangely.......for some powers of 10...............pi as a base................as 3.14..............is closer..........
