That is my maternal grandfather..........him, along with his wife..........Jesse Pauline Barker (her maiden name, born in Roanoke, Virginia in 1914) raised my brother Dave and I in Rehoboth Beach, DE until our mother remarried in 1984 or so..........when we moved to Dale City, VA............
