It took Mel Fisher like 20 years to find the Atocha.........my father has better tech.........and designs nuclear subs.....and air craft carriers................they have the combined knowledge of the Western European countries which invaded this Hemisphere.....beg with Chris Columbus' discovery of America in 1492.....so he knows where to look......DC is connected to the Atlantic Ocean...via the Chesapeake Bay.......which the Potomac flows into.
