I would not call it silly.............................................delaying the game..just 10 minutes................here and there..........................would give u a ton of money.......(you have tens of thousands of people in that stadium that could buy more hot dogs, beer, etc) ..........if you did that enough.....................the people........esp. kids......will get more hungry......Fifa matches.........many finals..............1994........in one in LA.....between Italy and Brazil............came down in penalty kicks.......extra time...........more fans buying stuff...........the extra money u made from that...........could be used to support terrorism..........Le Cifre..............in Casino Royale........takes money from local war lords in West Africans................and uses it to try to make more.............but loses it all in a poker game.....
