28 is the 2nd perfect number............................................but is there a perfect bet??  Another book title................Deep Blue......supercomputer..............the number of moves in chess is finite........I think they thought with a computer powerful enough...........and writing the code well enough..............to give u statistical advantage...............and esp. if u started the game.........that you would never lose................

In the Signal and the Noise.........the author mentioned.................something like a break in chess..........or more like......chess history...........as in that the computer scientists had made chess history.................b/c they had written the code from a percentage system..........so that they would always make a perfect move.................................b/c while the number of moves are very large..........they are always finite..........

Code writers...................the Latina from Hilliea Miami...........in the TV mini series .............with the Haitian and the White guy.........they try to make a new currency........Jen Coin.........hackers.....code writers.............so many connections........look deeper............

Answer: 2π (or about 6.283 pieces of string).
