 Munich is also where Albert Einstein is from.....the large nazi trials were in Nuremberg, but some did happen in Munich, concentration camp stuff, American Generals presided over the event..

While Munich hosted some local denazification and trials, the major accountability for high-ranking Nazis happened at Nuremberg, establishing key precedents for international justice.
