It is more likely Cuba as the middle point..................but these people like putting stuff slightly off like that to throw us off..............why else is Haiti so poor?................kinda like leprosy in West Virginia...............they are hiding stuff there....................they keep places poor and/or violent.................like Africa...................so as to discourage tourism.........it is less likely that someone would notice stuff that way.........
