Could anyone get a fair trial in the country that invaded theirs??  It would not surprise me if the Americans gassed the Kurds.............blamed it on Saddam.....to execute him later......to hide the evidence......the CIA trained Bin Ladin....had the Navy Seals kill him...........they plotted 9/11/2001....they just had terrorists carry it out.....killed him Pakistan to hide what they had done.........
