I was assaulted in my freshman year.....by one of 6 drunk, VMI football players.....he knocked me off my feet.......i was dizzy for days....i had a black and blue eye for like 2 month.....there was never justice even though the crime made JMU's newspaper......the next summer was my 1st in hospital stay with mental illness.....i was never the same again......spent the next 18 years on medication......i bet one of the foot ball players was on of Paul's kids......Paul himself graduated from VMI.......

My brother Dave was there when it happened.....and so was his friend Paul Sneider from Virginia Tech...................Paul S went to Gar field and i knew him well, we used to play axis and allies together....he lived in the K section of Dale City, Va.....as we did....his father had been in the USMC and was a drill instructor at one point....





Dan D went on to get a Phd in biology.....he is a professor at the Un of Michigan........Phil Travers got a masters in counseling psychology......from JMU.......I took Dan D to my mother's house in Dale City, VA......we visited DC and i drove him home to Hampton, VA....i stayed there a couple of days with his family....


I went here from 1993 - 1997....i graduated in May of 1997.....with a ba in psychology....
