For one............the original building was a dog pound............so where the kitchen is now.........they probably installed that........................the side facing north capital street is East.....................in nw...........DC..................Some's is west of North capital street......................if u are sitting in the cafeteria...........facing the kitchen...........u would face East.....................so West would be the long wall..............................red brick where most of the posters are.............the manager's office is on the South wall..........
