2^i is one thing............but what about 2 ^ 1 + i............or 2 ^ 2 + i?.........................the difference between the 1st one..........(2 to the i)...............and 2 to the 1 + i............or 2 to the 2 + i.......is that the latter two................are complex exponents...............I used the hyp of right triangle to compute what I thought the value of 2 to the i would be.......................I came up with 2 interpretations...........the square root of 8 and the square root of 10...........e and pi............respectively........approx's for both.....................and a 18..............added under the radicand................like a truncated 180 degrees..........half circle............like 1/2 the c. line.................1/2 of full circle.......is 180 degrees...........in the unit circle................that is pi.............

From 2, 0 to one above negative one........i is the square root of - 1.............so I thought I would make another axis.........the imag. axis.........into the 3rd dimension..........above the paper.......for positive i's and below the paper for negative i's.......................the z axis...........is usually the 3rd d. in algebra.............from 2, 0 to - 1, 0..............is 3................................a distance of 3 along the X axis........1 up to i..................is like 13..........................the closest prime to the 1st zero......
