The world cup started in 1932...........with the 1st being in Uruguay..........South America is very white..............many Nazis escaped there..........................near the end of WW2.............since then............the world cup has only been in Africa............once .............and it was in the most whitey African country................it was only very recently that Apartheid ended...........
