e and pi are all over this as well...........it is a very complicated pattern...............like Alan Greenspan said....of the financial crisis..............even if u had a phd. in math............u would not understand it...........................there is a lot going on at once................................e and pi.............one underestimates the number of primes in an area..........tends to.......the other tends to overestimate them......................doing what a 15 year old Gauss did...........the true number is somewhat the average of them.............................................log of pi and/or the log of e......................one goes over.........the other goes under...............like the waves themselves..........up and under..........under and up............crests and troughs.............
Also...........tides.........i lived in Rehoboth Beach, DE for much of my life.........went to the beach everyday...........................the ocean would invade the beach, at high tide, like 20 feet..............in most cases.........max 30 feet........if even that..............and that is the Atlantic ocean.........the Potomac river is not going to overflow that much at high tide........much less go into an inlet........at like a 90 degree turn...................north.......fill the tidal basin........then magically run south via the Wash channel.......go into the Anacostia........and head towards the Chesapeake...... 5.
