19971.......De........Rehoboth beach...................we moved here in 1974...........Paul and Pauline Ruddell owned this............it didn't have a 2nd floor then........this was the mall......Baltimore entrance side........the bookstore, on Reh. ave side.....they owned from street to street.............they had owned a motel on DE rte 1......and an antique store there........sold Ms. Phillips a wooden horse.................sold the motel, bought the mall.....
