13 nations.....out of 32.......the old format.........OVER represented.......favoritism, clear as day...put it in places it has not been, give women and kids more leeway, it is only fair,

and me knowing math and stats...........part of math, i know that with 4 countries, two leaving two staying into playoffs......round of 16.........1 in each group, irregardless of talent, only 3 matches, talent obviously matters.......such a short number of games....luck and the sheer number of European countries, pretty much guarantees good results for them, no continent other than Europe or South America, have EVER won the men's world cup..Lio Messi, is 1/2 Italian.........

Yes, in the men's FIFA World Cup, the draw rules specifically allow for a maximum of two European (UEFA) teams to be placed in the same group during the group stage.
This exception to the general rule (which typically prevents teams from the same confederation from being in the same group) is necessary because Europe has the largest number of qualifying teams (16 for the 2026 tournament), more than the number of groups. Other confederations can only have one representative per group.
For example, it is common to see groups with teams like Germany and Italy (both from UEFA), but a group would never contain both Argentina and Brazil (both from CONMEBOL, the South American confederation)
