 There are trillions and quadrillions into sextillions of plants with thorns, not even close to as many monkies, statistically i bet plants with thorns are more dangerous.  They do not keep stats on that, they don't keep stats on hypocrites and liars either, but maybe they should

In North America there are few plants that have poisonous thorns. The members of the Solanum (nightshade) genus have thorns and are reported to cause injuries that are slow to heal due to poisonous thorns.
