They said 200 dollars a month more or less for the total bill for internet, tv and phone, then a bit less than 5 dollars a month for the phone, only paying taxes or something, unlimited talk and text, now the agent says they are charging me 100 dollars for each time they came out, the tv box did not work at 1st, how is that my fault?

Two men came at 1st, together, after i called xfinity and they tried to do stuff on their end.  The modem worked since day one, but not the tv box.  Then,  one man came at a separate time, at NO time did any of them say i was going to be charged, it is not my fault that  THEIR equipment did not work, they said they would send someone out but failed to mention they would bill me for it.   I just payed 95 dollars on March 28.  I did upgrade some services, so the bill will be higher obviously, then something about some taxes, in the middle of a billing cycle, like 100 dollars in taxes or something, like what EXACTLY is that????!  Usa at its best, liars
