Good Morning Mr. Williams,

I would like to provide you with information pertaining to your request.

1.  On December, 19, 2013, you provided us with a mailing address of P.O. Box 6638, Woodbridge, VA 22195. On December 20, 2013 I provided you with a confirmation via email that your daughter's report was mailed to that address.

2.  You indicated that you had returned to the area. In my attempts to provided you with your log-in and password information for Parent Portal, I attempted to schedule the appointment with you. This information cannot be provided via email or mail.

3.  This morning, I received your email from a different email address than the goldendragonfamily@aol.com. I have made note of this new email address and will ask that Porter keep this information on your daughter's records.

4.  In your email today, December 23, 2013. You provided a different mailing address. I will ask that the staff at Porter forwarded a duplicate copy of your daughter's report card to the new address.

5.  Ms. Whitehead send you an email on October 15, 2013 confirming that you were listed in the school's records as an emergency contact for your daughter.
