The Pentagon Papers.......start out................something like..."only a handful of men know why the USA displayed an enormous interest in Vietnam through 4 presidential administrations, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson.....".........of course Nixon, ..........so what was the reason? If it wasn't to stop communism.......b/c that was a lot of interest in a country an ocean away which posed no threat to us whatsoever........
