There is a Woodrow street in Arlington.........just outside Ballston......................................they criss cross....................Woodrow street meets Wilson blvd just outside the point where the big buildings end in the Ballston part of Arlington..........into a much more residential section.............there are restaraunts and grocery stores, etc.....but not the big office buildings from Ballson to Rosslyn.................to the river..................they begin right AFTER Woodrow street...........just as you would be coming off rte 66 just north of that point........
