I was living at my grandparent's Chinese house in Rehoboth Beach, DE..............had just been married......................for the 1st time............came back East to attend college.........my junior year..........the green card is not given automatically............so Lupita agreed to wait until I finished college.........I told her I only had two years of college left and when I was done.............we could live in San Diego, CA.........which is like two hours drive from El Centro, CA........where her parents lived...........
This was 1995.........................we had been married in El Centro, CA.........had our reception in Mexicali, Mexico, our honeymoon in Veracruz, Mexico...........and we were awaiting the green card interview................................
