To me the value of 2^ 1 + i...........would be a trapezoid..........................b/c u are really multiplying 2 times 2^i...........................2 to the 1..........is just 2.........................2 over......2 up...........for 2.........add that to 2^i...........a right triangle...........connect the dots...................and u have a trapezoid...............
