B/c the dec numbers...........do not go down................by an equal amount........like the positive numbers..........................from one integer to another.........goes up by ones...........u can do something similar to what Gauss did to estimate.....

MS Excel...........says the value of the 1st 10 terms...........of the hs sum to 2.93..............interestingly............................3 numbers......like 13.........1st 3 numbers.........and 1/2.........one number above the dec point and 2 below it.........but if u add them individually......u get 14........like 14i??  2 + 9 + 3 = 14.................................why else is that imp...........b/c it starts with 2.......................................2 AND 2 -11.........might be the two prime fund..........there may be more........or those might not be it........I am not sure..............
