So writing it in log notation....i don't have subscripts..........log 2 (11.28 - 12.64) = 2 + i..............like log base 2 of 8 = 3...........3 is the exp.............u have to rase 2 to the 3rd power to get 8.............

A complex logarithm is a range.........................11.28 to 12.64......in the case of 2^2 + 1..2 + i is the log.......the exp......
So writing it in log notation....i don't have subscripts..........log 2 (11.28 - 12.64) = 2 + i..............like log base 2 of 8 = 3...........3 is the exp.............u have to rase 2 to the 3rd power to get 8.............
