Take the free kick given to Mexico......at the 47th mintue..............2 minutes into the 2nd half....right in front of the box........of course........any foul inside the area......by the defense.........is a penalty kick.............the score........at this point to the match........was Mexico 0 .....USA 1..........the Mexicans probably would have tied it...............it looked like the American defender pushed the player from just in front of the line.........across it into the big box..........to me a penalty kick.............
