Obviously people arrived after the body was found, something that stood out in the Binet Ramsey case is that it was also after a famous day, the day after Xmas, and the family who had arrived to express condolences, etc, trampled the murder scene, skewing the evidence, the police in Colorado should have locked down the house and sent the family to a hotel or something, another person's house..simple procedures not followed, text book obvious stuff omitted in many of these cases, ICE shooting someone in Minnesota very recently, all he had to do was get out of the way, NOT shoot her, and arrest her later for evading the police/and /or trying to harm an officer, she did not need to die for what she did, which was clearly wrong, not obeying the police, but me and others protest the use of deadly force, not necessary.

Again obvious text book stuff, pro officers, not so pro..5 people in the house not heard something and not seen, just like Jean Binet Ramsey, little girl, no forced entry, a ransom note, odd, so very odd, that no one noticed anything....Oj's kids were asleep as 2 bodies were downstairs...

At the time of Meredith Kercher's murder in her Perugia cottage, she lived with three other female students (Amanda Knox and two Italian women) and the perpetrator, Rudy Guede, was also present, making for five people in the house during the incident, though not all were in the immediate vicinity when the crime occurred.
Details of who was there:
  • Victim: Meredith Kercher
  • Housemates: Amanda Knox, Filomena Romanelli, and Laura Mezzetti
  • Perpetrator: Rudy Guede
While all four women lived there, Amanda Knox was reportedly out with friends earlier, and the two Italian flatmates were in their rooms, with Rudy Guede's DNA found at the scene alongside Meredith's, indicating his presence during the murder.
