 The whole evil magic overlay, the body was found the day after Halloween

Meredith Kercher was murdered in a cottage she shared with other students in Perugia, Italy, on November 1, 2007, where she was found dead in her bedroom; she did live in the cottage with roommates, including Amanda Knox, but was not alone at the time of her death. The cottage was on a slope overlooking the Perugian hills, and her murder involved a burglary and led to a lengthy legal case.
