When i was down South in 2013...............two men approached me and asked me if i had an id................the scam they wanted me to do............was something like..........get a contract with a cell phone company.........esp. if u have been a prior customer or are one now.............the thing is u don't pay anything up front.....they do it on a credit basis.............so your first bill comes like a month later.........but they give u a cell phone right then and there.......usually an expensive cell phone.............and they wanted me to do that in several places..........so they could take the cell phones and sell them........i said........no way jose............
