I think the 4th dimen...............is several things at once..................and any could be true at a given time................if the 3d is all of the visible world...........the one u can touch............4d is beyond the visible.......higher than it..............................Riemann got his line............as a general point........b/c the 4th d is more inclusive..................the many world's hyp of quantum phys.........................extra dimensions..................beyond the physical..........into a higher realm.....................also movement.......atoms and electrons are not still.........they do not even have an exact position........but probabilities for positions........able to be in many places at once.................
Also...........tides.........i lived in Rehoboth Beach, DE for much of my life.........went to the beach everyday...........................the ocean would invade the beach, at high tide, like 20 feet..............in most cases.........max 30 feet........if even that..............and that is the Atlantic ocean.........the Potomac river is not going to overflow that much at high tide........much less go into an inlet........at like a 90 degree turn...................north.......fill the tidal basin........then magically run south via the Wash channel.......go into the Anacostia........and head towards the Chesapeake...... 5.
