A coach makes game day decisions......a good example is in the movie about the Mexican little league team.............i am not sure if what happened was true or not.........but for the point i am making......it doesn't matter.......................1957 little league world series.....per the American made movie.........the Mexican delegation wanted Angel Maricas to pitch in the semi finals............just to get to the final...........but the Mexican coach.......from Monterrey..........was like ........it is my job to win the championship not just get there.............the Mexicans delegation.(the game was played in PA, USA) was like.......if our star doesn't pitch we may never get to the final......and a Mexican team had never been to the final..........the coach was like, yeah......but i want to give us the best chance to win the whole thing........not just go to the final..........

Or take another point.......coaching......................a coach has the say to make decisions in the games...............which is why u hire her or him.............it seems in a lot of these organizations that the final decision is befuddled............by more than one person..............
