I learned Spanish in my freshman year at JMU while i took 15 credits...........i got my mother to tape Luz clarita episodes from Univision...............so i could learn Spanish.........i read kid's books in Spanish.................and listen to tons of Latino music................i would write Lupita like everyday almost from JMU............and would call her every Sunday..............she lived in Mexicali, and went to college there..............to be a public accountant...............but would visit her immediate family in El Centro every weekend.............she didn't have a green card like they did but a border passing card so she could visit them..............
