The same front desk employee here...........LJ...............cannot still get my name right........calling me William Ramsey.............I thought this place was for veterans........to help them.......not harass them..........I have a legal right to be called by my correct name..........which is Ramsey Williams..........but as he is Black he can get away with anything and everything...........

He has on a black hat.............................he said he knows how I am but he still needs to see my wrist..........he must not know who I am .............b/c my name is Ramsey Paul Williams.........not William Ramsey......
