11........I was off a little........the continental USA has 3 principally.......Eastern Maine has another....of course.....Alaska and Hawaii have others............Russia is one big block East to West.....................West to East............extending from the Pacific...........and Sakhalin.....it took from Japan on the last day of WW2.............to borders with the Ukraine and Lithania, Latvia, etc at its West..........
