Why else might 19 be important...........?  I get 10 negative nineteens........by overlapping the pf with the negative integers...............since there are ten whole numbers........in the pf...................they start again..........with every 10 negative numbers......ten - 19s...........combined with 10 positive nineteens.........would sum to ten zeros..............
