The American Jewish prosecutor at the Nuremberg trials who was 5 ft 1 inches tall was Benjamin Ferencz. He was the chief prosecutor for the Einsatzgruppen Trial and the last surviving prosecutor of the Nuremberg trials, dying at 103 in April 2023. Because of his height, he would stand on books to reach the courtroom lectern.
