One day, the pharmacist at this CVS brought me a computer read out with skulls and cross bones all across it.........i had the same psychiatrist the entire time i lived in the Montclair section of Dumfries, VA except for the last year and a half...........it was the same female psychiatrist i saw at a hosptilization at INOVA Fairfax.............a Dr. B........who used to have a practice somewhat close to Fairfax hospital.......which is on Gallows Rd......in Falls Church, VA........then she moved to the Sterling area........farther west..........Sterling, Herndon, Reston...........i lived out that way when i worked for CGI-AMS.............in Herndon, right off the Dulles toll road..........i rented a room from someone who worked for the same company...........right before i got married for the 2nd time in 2001....................




When i lived at 15598 Northgate Dr...........22025.............from May of 2005 to Nov. of 2012........i got my psychiatric medications here.......
