Look at the histories with the host nations...............where the World Cup has been........what types of countries tend to host the event, etc.....................................where the headquarters is.........the official rules are always in English..........FIFA is a French acronym.............Switzerland is where the headquarter buildings are at..........officially....................................u do the math..........and tell me what u think is going on.....................collaboration.........for financial benefits...................favoritism...........etc.............cheating in other words...........and tons of it...........
This is not an isolated incident.............and yes a penalty can occur at ANY moment in a match........the 1st 3 seconds, the last 3 seconds, etc....................but when u look at the trend..........South Africa........................the only time the World Cup was in Africa..............South Africa was the host nation..............South Africa...........has the most whitey history of any of the African countries.......trade routes to the Far East and India..............also the East Indies..........Chris Columbus wanted to go West to get East.......thus the importance of the spice trade.............jewelry business, etc.......................South Africa..........being a good middle of the water route between Europe and the Far East and Central Asia........without the Suez canal..........it is a looooong boat ride...........it is a good place to rest...............................on the journey in either direction..............compare that with the Panama canal...........from ports in the USA to East Asia....................a long way around the tip of South America....................................

A last minute goal........a valid one ..............I thought it was two penalty kicks..........at the 88th minute.................less than 2 minutes left in regulation.............I compare this with what seemed to me that Howard Webb was favoring the Dutch when they played in the 2010 final against Spain.........................................but according to this......Wesley S.......made the equalizing goal from the field........then the ref called a penalty in stoppage time.........it would have gone into extra time.......b/c it was a playoff game................it is just odd to have a penalty in stoppage time.........in a playoff game...........

The Netherlands produced an astonishing late comeback to rescue their World Cup dream and deny Mexico a first quarter-final in 28 years.
Substitute Klaas-Jan Huntelaar scored the decisive goal from the penalty spot in injury time after Arjen Robben was fouled by Mexico captain Rafael Marquez.
