Paul Ruddell...........and his wife...........born Jessie Pauline Barker............in Roanoke, Virginia in 1914..............raised me and my brother for most of our childhoods.........he is in the picture..............with glasses on the right........................he was the assistant director of philately.......stamp collecting.............was drafted into the Marine Corps during WW2.........was sent to Guam.......in the South Pacific..........and served in the USPS for over 30 years........
