He told me to tell the Federal government..........that he was over ruling them.......that, he, A Wright has more pull than they do............I told him that the FBI was above the Gallaudet police.........he told me that they were not....

The staff abused me ALL 3 weeks.................I was kept on F unit..........the admissions unit all 3 weeks....again ..........in April of 2013.................I contacted Phil Travers........from a phone from here..........I asked him if I could stay with him b/c of many complications in my life...........in the Northern Virginia area...

To be eligible for services at NVMHI an individual must be between the ages of 18 to 65, be in need of acute psychiatric treatment and reside in one of the five Community Services Board (CSB) districts in Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax-Falls 

In fact..............after I left jail in Manassas, VA..............I was put in a nearby hospital........for mental illness.................a PWC judge...........a white male.........ordered a month of involuntary hospital stay......................my "brother" David and his wife........Susan LaPuke Williams........testified that I am dangerous...............my "mother" also provided testimony supposedly.......but was not present physically............David and Susan Williams were present physically.......in Manassas, VA...........in the hospital on Sudley rd..........to testify that I am dangerous..........this was in March of 2013..........

I spent a week of that involuntary mental hospital sentence in Manassas, Virginia and 3 weeks at NVMHI in Fairfax, Virginia.....

The staff at this library would harass me...................as is usual..........I also went to a local church.............in Wylie, Texas...........San Antonio Catholic church.........I ate at the local McDonalds a lot...........I rode a bike a local white, male pastor bought for me at Walmart...........all in 2013...........I also played Texas hold em poker in nearby Sachie, Texas...
