I guess it is a loophole in the law................b/c of checks and balances...........a President should not be allowed to fire an FBI director..........but since the FBI is under the executive branch..............which is headed by the president..........he can do that........................I think they should change that............b/c no one is above the law, the spirit of the law is imp..........................only Congress should be allowed to fire an FBI director............and the FBI director lasting through several presidents is if a president is to be investigated...........but no one respects the law in the USA............they only do things if money or sex is involved.........even for civil rights and scholarship............a nation of whores and hypocrites............
