Also i do not compile stats, but i do know what i read, not sure where i saw that stat, things do change, but i remember reading that 40 percent of Vietnamese here, within the USA lived under the poverty line. So when i or other people quote stats, they usually don't compile the numbers, there are agencies, researchers who do.
Indians again, the target of many bad things here in our "great" country.
