 Panama is better than u think, made two Gold Cup Finals, a lot of people discount Central American teams, they are quite good, group of Death, L......A - L, LA, Los Angeles. City of Angels, my comment about super stars......think what u think, they are better than u think they are..

Panama has reached the CONCACAF Gold Cup final twice, losing both times: first to the United States in 2005 and again to Mexico in 2023, though they also made the final in 2013, losing to the USA, and finished third in 2015, making it three finals appearances total (and three runner-up finishes). 

The year 2009 was a significant one for the Panama national football team, as they won their first-ever Central American title by defeating Costa Rica in the final of the 2009 UNCAF Nations Cup. The final match was played in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and Panama won 5-3 on penalty kicks after a 0-0 draw.
